Suspended expulsion: Darmanin checked? (2)

The administrative court in Paris on Friday suspended the decision to expel Hassan Iquioussen. He justified this decision by saying that this expulsion was “disproportionately harmful [la] private and family life” of the imam. Gérald Darmanin announced that he will appeal this decision to the Council of State. The Minister of the Interior ordered his expulsion from Morocco last week for being anti-Semitic, homophobic and “anti-woman ” It is up to the highest administrative court to settle this dispute.
